This course is a must not only for those interested in international dispute resolution, but also for professionals whose work involves multinational transactions. This course takes you through the major issues of ‘conflict of laws’ that are likely to arise in such disputes, including the jurisdiction to entertain the dispute, which national law must the court apply to decide the substantive issues in dispute, and the cross-border recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
