Justice H.R. Khanna: The lone voice of dissent during the Emergency

DURATION: 42:24

ABOUT

Justice H.R. Khanna is rightly considered one of the greatest judges in the history of India. He is perhaps most famous for being the only voice of dissent in the infamous Habeas Corpus case judgment, speaking out for fundamental rights and the constitutional framework of the Republic itself. His son, Mr. Rajiv Khanna, spoke to us about his father’s life, career and legacy.
